The Fireside BBQ & Grill opened it's doors in June of 2002. Owner Paul Iannucci introduced New York to the first & finest Tri Tip Roast, along with all of his other slow roasted bbq offerings that have become customer favorites and continue to wow guests from near & far.

We are currently operating at 50% capacity, maintaining socially distanced tables & chairs, and continuing our rigorous cleaning procedures. We are heavily regulated by the N.Y. State Liquor Authority & Board of Health, that means we are required to enforce every customer wear a mask when not seated and all customers must purchase food in order to consume alcohol. Because we are only able to operate at 50% capacity our indoor
tables have an 80 minute time limit.
